James Karamoschos

My names is James Karamoschos and I am the Founder and Head Coach of Hustle PT. With nearly 30 years of experience in strength and weight training, I specialise in Strength and Conditioning, Weight Loss and Traditional Old School training with a twist. Having competed in bodybuilding in my early years, I understand the discipline, consistency and mindset required to transform both body and lifestyle.

I am highly experienced in kettlebell training, traditional weight training and conditioning. I also hold a certification in Nutrition (Cert I) and I am always constantly evolving and upskilling my methods and training to stay ahead in the ever-changing fitness industry.

My mission is simple — “Help as many people as possible build strength, improve their health and live a balanced, confident life”. Whether you’re 8, 18 or 80, I believe you can never be too Young, too Old, or too busy to invest in your health.

A former competitive bodybuilder, he understands what it truly takes to build muscle, move efficiently, and achieve lasting results — because he’s lived it.

James works across kettlebells, free weights, machines and bodyweight training to deliver programs that are intelligent, effective, and sustainable. Every plan is carefully tailored to the individual, designed to fit seamlessly into real lives without compromising results. Also holding a Certification in Nutrition and committed to continual professional development, he integrates training and nutrition to support long-term strength, performance, and health.

His coaching philosophy is simple yet powerful: no matter your age or schedule, meaningful change is always possible. With the right guidance, consistency, and intent, strength becomes a lifelong asset.

Racked Pulls

In this session, our trainer breaks down proper Racked Pull technique, covering setup, posture, bracing, and bar path to ensure safe and effective lifting. Mastering the fundamentals not only improves strength but also helps prevent injury and build long-term performance.
